PUNCHed Out

THE sensational events of what came to be known as The Jack the Ripper Case were still fresh in everybody's memory when the satirical magazine PUNCH weighed in with this short piece. Since the official police didn't seem to be making any progress, the magazine's editors suggest replacements for those in charge of the investigation:
